Grid SFTP RIB Client Alert Decisioning responses for portfolio monitoring

Portfolio monitoring runs once a day across all customer inquiries configured for this service. If your firm is also configured for the Grid Client Alert Decisioning workflow, inquiries that are matched against new entities added during the previous day are then sent to a Moody's analyst for review.

The process for sending RIB response files for portfolio monitoring inquiries is based on the following:

  • No matches identified: If the analyst determines there are no matches, a RIB response file is not generated.

  • Matches identified: An alert response file is sent to the customer. This file identifies all matched inquiries that have been sent for alert decisioning.

  • Matches requiring alerts identified: After the alert decisioning batch is completed, a portfolio RIB response file containing only the inquiries that resulted in an alert is sent to the customer.
