Grid reports
Web interface reports
The following reports are available from the Grid web interface.
Batch report: Contains initial match results for each inquiry submitted within a single search group/Batch ID.
Alert Decisioning report: Contains match results from Grid and decisions made on those results by customer analysts. Includes notes and selected reason codes.

Only available to firms configured for Client Alert Decisioning workflow.
Weekly Monitoring Results report: Contains all portfolio monitoring alerts from the prior week.
Note
Only available to firms and inquiries configured for Portfolio Monitoring.
Activity Summary report: Summary of all batches containing alerts over a selected time frame. This report can include initial submission results, portfolio monitoring results, or both.
Activity Detail report: Detail of all alerts over a selected time frame. This can include initial submission alerts, portfolio monitoring alerts, or both.
Reports available upon request
The following firm reports can be generated by Moody's customer support upon request. Requests can only be submitted by your authorized firm contact.
Contacts report: Shows users with access to Grid.
Portfolio report: Lists names in daily portfolio monitoring.
Multi-Batch report: Lists all submissions over a designated period of time. Includes initial results or a list of portfolio monitoring alerts.
Multi-Batch Alert Decisioning report: Shows alerts decisioned by firm users configured for Client Alert Decisioning.
