View portfolio monitoring results in Grid
View batch status and download reports for portfolio monitoring results through the Grid web interface.
All monitoring results upon which an alert is generated are displayed on this screen. If no results are displayed for a particular Batch ID, then no alerts were generated.
You may launch the following actions from this screen:
Status information on the Batch ID
Batch and inquiry summary information
Request a report
View portfolio monitoring results
Review processing status and request reports for your portfolio monitoring search batches:
Go to Grid > > > .
Scroll through the results list or enter search criteria to view results and reports associated with the selected portfolio batch.
Select in the Report column to generate a downloadable ZIP file containing all status and alert reports associated with the chosen batch group.
Select a to display the Inquiries in Batch screen.
From this screen you can view a batch summary and match alert detail for each inquiry associated with the chosen batch group. You can also:
Download and view batch summary reports for the selected batch group.
View status for all inquiries associated with the batch group.
Download and view match alert detail reports for each inquiry within the batch group.
