Check our system requirements to ensure you have the best experience possible when using Passfort.

Supported browsers

To get all of the features of Passfort, use the latest version of one of these browsers:

Ad blockers and pop-up blockers

Ad blockers, such as uBlock Origin, and pop-up blockers should be disabled for Passfort’s site, https://identity.passfort.com/.

When you have an ad blocker enabled or pop-ups disabled, you may find that selecting options in Passfort has no effect.

For example, you may find that:

  • Selecting the name of a document or image in Task notes does not open it.

  • Selecting an image used in an ID verification check does not open it.

  • Selecting the Export filtered data button on the Reports tab does not download the data.

How Passfort handles file scanning

All files uploaded to Passfort are scanned automatically for viruses or malware using an industry-standard antivirus engine. We do not send files outside the Passfort platform for scanning.

Our antivirus check removes any files identified as malicious before they reach our server and notifies the user that their file has been rejected.
