Report dashboards (beta version)

View and monitor key metrics with our new report dashboards.

Note

We are phasing the rollout of our new report dashboards. They are currently available to all users in our EU environment. We plan to extend the new dashboards to users in the UAE and US shortly.

Our report dashboards are in beta testing. We'd appreciate your feedback about this new feature.

Choose a dashboard from the Dashboards menu to load. Dashboards are organized into the following areas:

  • Applications: Analyze metrics on product applications, their conversion rate, STP rate, and the average time to decision.

  • Audit metrics: Analyze actions users and API keys are taking on your account.

  • Checks: Analyze how the checks on your account are performing.

  • Data providers: Analyze your data provider requests.

  • Risk: Analyze your application risk levels.

  • Tasks: Analyze how the tasks on your account are performing.

Dashboard data is updated on a daily basis.

Note

Exporting data from custom fields is in development for the beta version of Reports. Custom field data may be exported using the current version.

The available filter criteria depend on the dashboard selected.

Note

Certain filters only apply to specific charts on the dashboard, so some charts may not change when the filter selection is updated.

In this section:

The process of onboarding profiles to products. A profile may be going through multiple product applications at the same time.

The percentage of product applications created that have been approved.

The people who have access to your Passfort account. These are typically the people you work with.

The automated processes that can be used to complete or assist in passing tasks.

The service used to provide data for checks, for example, GBG ID3global, Companies House, or Onfido.

A label assigned to a product application based on its total risk score. The risk level can be high, medium, or low.

The due diligence measures that must be taken to onboard a profile successfully. Tasks are displayed on the profile’s product application.
