Change notification preferences

To control the notifications you receive and how you receive them:

  1. Select the Manage account Manage account icon icon in the Passfort portal and select Notifications.

  2. Select Notification preferences from the side menu. All notification events are listed, grouped by the event type: customer profile, account, and personal.

  3. Update your notification preferences for an event.

    • Select In Passfort to receive notifications for an event in the Passfort portal.

    • Select By email to receive email notifications for an event.

    • To stop receiving notifications about an event, deselect In Passfort and By email.

  4. Scroll to the end of the event type section and select Save.
