Re-add company associates or roles to a verification list
You can remove one or associate roles from the verification list for the Identify shareholders and Assess company ownership tasks. For other tasks, the associate is removed from the verification list.
Re-adding an associate or associate role to the verification list creates a new product application with the same status as the previous product application before it got canceled or rejected.
Add a removed associate back to the verification list
To add an associate back to the Officers, Trustees, or Authorized persons verification list:
Select the
tab.The associates that were formerly on the verification list are displayed.
Select
next to the associate you’d like to add back to the verification list. A confirmation dialog is displayed.Optionally, add a comment for your changes. This comment is displayed on the Audit report of the associate and company profile when the associate is re-added.
Select
. The associate is re-added to the verification list.
Add a removed role back to the verification list
To add an associate role back to the Shareholders or Ownership verification list:
Select the Edit button next to the associate you’d like to edit.
The associate may appear on the Active tab if they have at least one active role, or on the Removed tab if all of their roles were previously removed from the verification list.
The verification list enters edit mode where you can edit associate roles.
Select the Add role back the verification list icon next to the removed role you'd like to re-add to the list.
The associate role is marked as Active in the list but your changes won't take effect until you save them.
Select Save changes drop-down appears.

. The associate role is re-added to the verification list.If you re-added a role of an associate that appeared on the Removed tab, then the associate is moved back to the Active tab.
