Inactivate a contact

As a Web Admin, you may be required to inactivate an active user in Grid.

Inactivate a contact

To inactivate an active user:

  1. Go to Grid > Admin > Contact Search.

  2. Add search criteria to locate the user and then select Search to display the results.

    Note

    To view all contacts, leave all search fields blank, and then select Search.

    Select Include Inactive Contacts to return both active and inactive users.

  3. Select Inactivate Contact to display the Inactivate Contact dialog box.

  4. Select Inactivate.

    Note

    Depending on your account configuration, the selected user may have portfolio or decisioning work assigned to them.

    When that occurs, an option to reassign that work to another user is displayed.
