Edit an associate's share percentage
You can edit the share percentage and distance of associates on the verification list for the Identify shareholders and Assess company ownership tasks.
To modify an associate's share percentage:
On the Shareholders or Ownership verification list, select the Edit button
next to the associate you’d like to edit.The verification list enters edit mode where you can update share percentage.
You can edit the share percentage owned by each associate role in the Share (%) field. For certain roles, you can also edit the distance.
Select . The Save changes drop-down appears.
You can add a comment if you also added or removed a role while editing this associate. If you only changed the share percentage, then leave the comment box empty and select .
If the share percentage is --, it means the data provider was unable to provide the information. Learn when shareholders with no known percentage are added to the verification list automatically.
