Reject or cancel an application

When you want to indicate that a profile’s application is no longer valid, reject or cancel it.

You can revert this decision later if you need to, which returns the application to its original state.

To reject or cancel an application

  1. Go to the profile.
  2. Click Review applications.
  3. Locate the application and click Review application.
  4. If it’s a new application, click Reject. If it’s an approved application, click Cancel.
  5. Optionally, add a comment to explain your decision.
  6. Click Save decision.

The application is displayed under Rejected and cancelled on the profile’s Product application status page.

The application is no longer displayed by default in the Onboarding and Monitoring areas. To view the application, apply a Refine list filter with the Rejected or Cancelled refinement.

To revert your decision

  1. Go to the profile.
  2. Click Review applications.
  3. Locate the application under Rejected and cancelled and click Review application.
  4. Optionally, add a comment to explain your decision.
  5. Click Save decision.

The application is returned to its previous state. If the application was new, it’s displayed under Onboarding. If the application was approved, it’s displayed under Monitoring.
