Reject or cancel an application

When you want to indicate that a profile’s application is no longer valid, reject or cancel it.

You can revert this decision later if you need to, which returns the application to its original state.

Reject or cancel an application

  1. Go to the profile.
  2. Select the Applications section.
  3. Locate the application and click Review application.
  4. If it’s a new application, click Reject. If it’s an approved application, click Cancel.
  5. Optionally, add a comment to explain your decision.
  6. Click Save decision.

The application is displayed under Rejected and cancelled on the profile’s Applications section.

The application is no longer displayed by default on the Onboarding and Monitoring tabs. To view the application, apply a Refine list filter with the Rejected or Cancelled refinement.
