Using Passfort

Find out if you're using the new smart policies

We're introducing a new version of smart policies.

With the new smart policies, you can:

  • See and build your own smart policies in Passfort.

  • Use unlimited decision factors, like custom fields and risk levels, for more powerful smart policies.

  • Automatically accept or reject product applications, at any point in a process.

  • Import and export a smart policy to share with your institution.

  • Send reminder emails to customers for outstanding requests for information.

To find out if you're using the new smart policies, go to Policy Builder > Your products and select a product. If the Profiles will use the flow chart smart policy for this product checkbox is selected, this product is using the new smart policies.

You can only go see the Policy Builder if you have read-only access for the smart policies permission. If you think you should have this permission, contact the administrator of your account.
