This developer guide shows you how to download a profile's audit report with the Passfort API 4.0.

Users can also download the audit report using the portal.

The audit report is a list of every action that took place on the profile. The first page of the report also includes any documents used to complete the profile's checks.

To download it, make a request to the following endpoint.

Request endpoint :

GET https://api.passfort.com/4.0/profiles/{profile_id}/audit/pdf_report

The PDF is downloaded.

If you want to use a custom logo on the audit report, contact our Support team and we'll set it up for you. If possible, please provide us with a URL for the image location. If you see unexpected characters when you open the CSV file in Excel, confirm you're using UTF-8 encoding in Excel.
